Villa Mesa

A Closer Look

Villa Mesa's gardens combine mature trees with familiar Southern California ornamentals, including agapanthus, daylilies, and loropetalum. Native and pollinator plants provide habitat for butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds, adding to the character of this small HOA community on Santa Barbara's Mesa.

Our care responds to both site conditions and resident priorities. During heavy rain, Kitson dispatches crews to clear drainage issues before minor ponding becomes a larger problem. We notify residents ahead of plant treatments and mark treatment areas when requested. Close collaboration with the HOA also extends to coordinating with the City of Santa Barbara on upcoming improvements along the Cliff Drive corridor.
