Sierra Madre HOA

A Closer Look

Sierra Madre's hilltop setting opens to views across Santa Barbara, from the coastal mountains to the ocean and Channel Islands. Caring for the landscape here involves close coordination with homeowners: some areas are maintained by residents, while others are in Kitson's care. Our team pays attention to individual requests and the boundaries between these areas.

The property's complex mix of sprinkler and drip irrigation requires detailed knowledge of how the systems connect and operate. Our crews have developed that understanding through ongoing care, working through the challenges of the existing layout to manage watering across the grounds. That practical knowledge helps maintain a landscape that complements Sierra Madre's setting.
