Covenant Living at The Samarkand

A Closer Look

Samarkand's butterfly, rose, and native gardens sit alongside broad lawns and a diverse collection of trees and plants. These varied spaces complement the community's Mediterranean architecture and give residents different garden settings to enjoy. Through a long-term partnership, Kitson has helped design, install, and care for a landscape that brings together traditional gardens and drought-tolerant planting.

Our team treats every part of the grounds as a well-used space, with close attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety. We proactively address low branches, slip hazards, and plants encroaching on walkways. Irrigation also receives careful oversight, with recycled water supplying most of the system. This detailed approach supports the different needs of the gardens while keeping the grounds welcoming for the people who use them.
